Works great!
I need to do more testing but maybe twice now this battery pack has been under 50% charge, put away with nothing connected for a few hours and then it's dead when trying to use it again. Otherwise it's impressive and I love it. Hoping there's nothing wrong with mine.Update: I enjoyed this charger for a year, traveled with it, but it has finally stopped charging or displaying anything. I wish I knew how to fix it because honestly I miss having it.

Inconsistent Build
I have an earlier version of this pack from the Kickstarter which still works great. Full speed upstream and downstream power delivery. The new one I just got looks largely the same other than a different “wake” button, but won’t charge at more than thirty something watts and makes a sizzling noise while charging. Likely sending this one back. Two stars since I like the first one so well.

It's 5 star product if it works the way it should...maybe I just got a bad one
I loved this thing so much for several months. Then....one of the 100w plugs stopped working and now the other one of my 100w only works if the cord coming out of it is hanging at the perfect angle with some pressure..:Or I have to twist and twist and then plug it in. But the slower side works but that's not why i purchased it. I have so many products from this company....from the wall plugins(I've been buying those for 4+years.:::I think I had 6 of the ones that were recalled for getting to hot. I even still have the 1st generation white ones that suck at plugging in the wall.

Great product!
I have a gaming laptop with very hungry 120V power requirements and on a flight even with brightness reduced to a minimum I’d have at max 2-3 hrs of battery life. This product gives me an extra 4 hours of power so I can game to my hearts content on long haul flights and functions exactly as advertised.

Horribly unreliable and Hyper support is very nearly non-existent
I first got this product ~2 years ago direct from Hyper (not Amazon). That unit almost immediately started having problems. First, it stopped taking a charge from one of the USB ports. Then while discharging, it would accurately go from 100% to ~50% (confirmed using an attached USB-C power measuring device), but once it got past that, it would decline much more rapidly and did not remotely correlate with what the actual remaining capacity should have been. Then when the battery was allowed to discharge completely, it would no longer recharge unless it was "trickle" charged using a USB 1.1 5v/1a charger for a couple hours first. And then it just died completely.I eventually RMA'd it, for which Hyper's customer support were nearly non-responsive. Doing a quick Google search pulled up lots of Reddit results showing a startling number of people having the same issues. Several people did a tear down of their faulty unit. The batteries are quality LG cells, but the small circuit board/controller is known for short circuiting and appears to almost universally be the cause of most issues. It took Hyper well over 6 months to RMA my unit. Once I got the replacement, I didn't have an immediate need for it so put it in a drawer. I finally took it out a few weeks ago to use it, and after about 5 complete charge/discharge cycles, I'm again experiencing the issue where it will suddenly/rapidly discharge from ~50% to dead. Meanwhile a different 27k mAh USB-C battery I've used for maybe 10 years, still works as expected and easily outlasts this Hyper.Do yourself a huge favor and just stay far, far away from this brand.

Large, works well overall
I recently took a trip to India, and also take a medication that requires refrigeration. The product I found was supposed to keep medication cooled for well over 48 hours, but it did have a USB-C option to keep the product cooled for as long as power was supplied. I wanted to get a large backup like this that could be used in case of an emergency. Luckily, short of testing it with the cooling fan, I didn't end up requiring it for that use.The product is well built, and is hefty. There are 4 USB-C connections, with one being in and the rest being outputs. Otherwise, there is a button on the side to activate the display, which is pretty cool. I had my iPad and iPhone in, for instance, charging, and was able to see the different wattage each device was being supplied. I have an iPhone 15 Pro, so could see the benefits of fast charging right there in comparison to my older iPad mini that consistently drew the same amount of power throughout the whole charge session.Mine came about 80% charge initially, and I had to keep it plugged in for about 2 hours to get it fully charged. As mentioned, I took it on a trip to India, and ended up using it for charging my iPhone, iPad, and even my 14" Macbook Pro at one point. I ended up depleting it, but it did the job as I hoped. My only one beef with the product is that so many items include USB-A to USB-C cables. Since this does not include any USB-A inputs, I ended up having to get an adapter, and that solved my problem. This really is a great solution. Priced pretty well, and from a brand I've come to trust over the years. Well worth your investment, especially if you have only USB-C connected devices.

Beefy and Powerful
Is this battery pack portable? Sort of. Can it be used for self defense? Probably. Is it powerful? Absolutely!

OK, not worth the money though
It works well enough. However, it is incredibly unreliable. For some reason there are times where it just doesn't charge something that it is plugged into. The speed is good but the number of times I have plugged something in, then come back a bit later and not had it charged is frustrating to say the least.
