5-Star product that I highly recommend.I hurt my back a few weeks ago and a coworker mentioned getting a TENS unit. He sent me a different Amazon model, but after some research, I went with the NEOCARBON SM9055 Black unit.This unit comes with everything including:1. A nice zip-up storage that holds everything. It has mesh pockets on both sides so nothing falls out when you unzip. It is very similar to what you would use to store an external USB hard drive.2. USB-C charging cable.3. Two connecting cables, one end goes to the unit (A or B) and the other end goes to two pads.4. 12 pads and two storage “stick pads here” for storage. So far, I’ve only opened 4 pads and they continue to remain sticky even after a handful of uses.5. User Manual and quick guide tells you how to operate the unit, where to place the pads, and how to troubleshoot.Pros:1. Between the TENS (12), RELAX (24), and EMS (36) patterns, there are 72 options.2. There is a timer and you can go from 10 to 60 minutes in intervals of 10.3. You have the ability to change the intensity on each channel independently.4. The intensity is no joke, plenty of “juice” in this little unit to get the job done.5. USB-C charging vice batteries.6. Ability to “lock” by pressing the power button so you don’t accidentally change settings.Cons:1. My only minor complaint is the intensity starts at 0 and you have to increase it manually each time.

First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online.But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later.Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not.Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours.Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies.TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around.Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use.This is a DEF recommend

Bought this a few weeks ago. I am travelling often and playing tennis, so this was a perfect fit as its portable.Many modes and the battery life is excellent, only charged it once in a months worth of use. Only downside is the pads lose their stickiness relatively quickly. Thankfully it is a cheap and easy to replace, its been about a month.

I like the flexibility of the tens and ems programs. What i found that the pads lose their stickiness quickly. So I will have to buy replacements, disappointing

This unit is freaking amazing!!!!The battery last for forever, well I mean for a long time. I only charge it every few days and it still more than half a battery.The modes are amazing. Not sure behind the science, but I honestly feel like I'm getting a massage from a person in the relax mode. My pain goes away and makes my shoulder feel good as new. Honestly, I had chronic shoulder pain and tried ice, massager and medicine. This unit did more than all those combined.Well worth the money

I love love this tens machine, I bought it because my chiropractor was charging me $25 a visit to use on at his office for 15 minutes. I was skeptical such a small machine could replicate something that an actual chiropractor office has but I’m more than impressed, this little machine actually works BETTER than the one my chiropractor has

Miracle machine less than a month since I bought it, I been using every day for 30 minutes each program so 90 minutes lower back, butt and calf.. and my sciatica pain is almost gone, will continue to use it for sure. Best investment ever recommended %100!!!!!

Spouse used this for sciatica pain. Locating the pads correctly was a hit or miss endeavor. When in the correct place it worked well. Only issue was timer cutoff after 60 minutes. Longer time would have been more useful.
