Really wanted to enjoy this product. Arrived promptly and packaged well except no instruction book just a QR code for manual. After a week it the warming plate would not work hence tepid coffee hoped for a replacement but it’s unavailable have purchased many ninja products and have been pleased with the brand but disappointed with this coffee maker

Great coffee maker
We absolutely love it. We don’t have to buy the K-cup anymore. The only thing it needs is a steam frother but it is still a 5 star. When wife is happy, I’m happy.
