The media could not be loaded. I purchased the pineapple scented option and I love the smell. I like to use it directly on the pans with over cooked food stuck to the surface or as a degreaser. It does seem to increase lather as you scrub and I find it works well. I love that it’s made from pineapple rinds.

Effectiveness:Works great! There is something so interesting about the texture of the soap in a good way. It lingers longer on the surface of my dishes, which scientifically means it breaks down less quickly than typical dish detergent and considering the pull/force you need to remove it, it should leave your dishes cleaner.Scent:I don't know what anyone else is talking about when they say it smells like fermenting/rotting pineapple, it literally just smells the way pineapple smells to me and I'm from Hawaii. Some aunty is always bringing home a pineapple from somewhere for some reason.All in all, I'm happy that it's safer for the environment especially because water is our most previous resource in Hawai‘i. We're surrounded by miles of undrinkable, unrefineable water and only have what's in our natural aquifers that collect from such a limited area of land.A bunch of that water is now poisoned by jet fuel (thanks, military). We all need to do better to protect the rest of it.

Believe this is a healthier alternative to Dawn. Works really well on grease.

I tried this on a baking pan that had dried-on canola oil, and after scrubbing & soaking for hours, it only got rid of a little of it. So this would work on dishes, but not cookware. There's no notable scent.

Great stuff and helps the environment too.

Wished this product worked well, but I had to use a ton to get anything clean. Worst part -- almost every time I ordered, the box arrived with exploded bottles, so back and forth it went until I finally cancelled my subscription. Not worth the poor performance or hassle.
