I think it's way over-priced, which makes it difficult for me to keep it on-hand, but it is great. I have fine hair that frizzes when the air is moist. If I spray my (already dry) "frizzy" hair lightly and run my fingers through it, all the frizz goes away. I've also learned that I can put it on damp hair, let my hair dry or almost-dry. If I let it dry all the way, when I brush it out, it's smooth and silky. If I let it get just partially dry, I can use the hair-dryer and style it. Any way I use it, it seems to work. My hairdresser used it on me once a few years ago to give me "beachy" hair, and I was immediately sold (until I found out how much it cost). She said it's been around forever. Kevin Murphy is a Brit, so perhaps the product is pricey, because the "artist" isn't from/in the US. I can't say it's worth it, but I'm hooked.

I’ve used this for years to get beach waves. I love using it on two day old curls (that magically hold up) it revives the curls, turns them into more wave like, which is awesome. The salt in it absorbs oil so this is perfect to make a day or two hairstyle last longer without having to use dry shampoo. This product does make your hair feel a a bit crusty and dry so I pair it with Moroccan Oil. I enjoy my soft curls for two days then the third day, which would usually be a ponytail day, is an extra day of fab hair!

It doesn't negatively affect my hair in any way, it doesn't weigh it down or make it greasy or sticky. Smell is pleasant and very discrete, it doesn't linger. My hair keeps form after light styling with brush and hair dryer. For reference, my hair is not processed in any way, about 50% gray, naturally light brown.

When your hairdresser uses a product that makes your hair look amazing, you buy the product! I have fine blonde hair and this is the perfect boost for volume without weighing my hair down. I've used this product for 5 years and still love it.

I like the volume it gives to my hair. I don't use gel, or mousse or hairspray. And the Kevin Murphy Beach Resort spray gives me the volume that I need. I started buying the product from my hairdresser at a crazy price of $25 for the same size. It lasted forever, but then I tried the Amazon "Kevin's" and both this and the last one I purchased (different supplier and actually 3 for about $25)...they are both the same, no scent, different cap than the original from the salon. I think they should be advertised as REJECTS since that is what they are.... they are NOT the same as the Salon Kevins...............
