Comfortable hand weights
These barbells are great and portable. I like to use them when I visit my home health patients, and what makes them even better is that I can adjust them to fit each client's weight-lifting capabilities. I also use them during my workout days. They are durable, and it is easy to increase or decrease the weight.Come in nice colors, and I highly recommend them.

Easy to use, great quality
These adjustable weight hand bells are well built. The Weights are easy and quick to twist on and off. The main Bar is 2lbs. Each .5 disc snaps securely into place. The grip is comfortable. Great value for the money. Easy to travel with. These are my unicorn adjustable hand weights.

Great concept, great space saver.
These are very nice and work well for any space. These are compact, have nice handles to grip, have different weighted ends for stronger strengths. There is no need for multiple dumbbells or a place to store them.

Nice versatile weight system

Very useful for home exercise routine.
I have had this set probably 5 days. 3 of those days I have used the set for my home exercise routine. It is easy to add or remove weights to get the best resistance. Instead of 4 handbell sets, I have just one set of handles, and weights to add to increase weight up to 5 pounds. I am happy with the set. I recommend it to others.

This is excellent. Easy to use. Just takes a couple of seconds to figure it out. No need for a dumbbell tree to have four sets of weights this take care of it all. The box is excellent to keep the weights organized and storage when not using. Good buy at a good price

So easy to use
Boxes perfectly; so nice in fact, I keep it in the box when I’m not using it. The color is very pretty, but best of all, it is so easy to change weights and lock them in. I highly recommend this item!!
