These capsules don't have a bad aftertaste although I think a serving size of 3 a day is pushing it. These aren't tiny capsules so having to take that many is a challenge. I have not experienced any side effects and I like the ingredients.

This product is a great product and the price is unbeatable. I would highly recommend.

Ive been taking Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol for about a year now. I started out taking the powder. It didn’t have a bad taste at all. My problem is, id forget to take it. Wasn’t very convenient for me. Taking the pills instead, works perfect for me! I take the with my other daily supplements. This supplement does exactly what my dr said it would. Do you research, and ask your dr if this supplement would be right for you.

So, full disclosure, I'm not the one popping these capsules, but my wife is. And let me tell you, she's been happy about the results, these capsules aren't some magic pill that makes everything perfect, but they've definitely helped, the capsules are easy to take, and they're priced just right.

Got these for my wife and she gives them 2 thumbs up.They seem to be a good quality supplement, no issues like off taste or bad smells etc. The packaging looks great and is a reasonable size. Would definitely recommend these!

FLEUR myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Capsules is something I have been taking to regulate my cycle. This container has a one month supply which is 90 capsules that you take 3 a day. I find these capsules to be slightly a little larger than an average size capsule but not hard to swallow but I do take one at a time not all 3 at once. They have no scent or taste to them which is great. I also have no discomfort or any side effects from taking them. They are easy on my stomach and I don’t have any issues if I take them with or without food. I’m not a doctor and can’t advise someone else on what supplement is good or will work for them but this one is good for me.

I've been taking Myo & D-Chiro Inositol for a while now and switched to the powder version from this brand and love it. So, when I saw they also made it in capsules, I wanted to try them and see how they compared. So far, these have been working just as well as the powder, and having it in capsules makes it great for traveling. These have no scent and are flavorless, so yay for no weird taste and aftertaste that can sometimes accompany supplements. Most Inositol capsules require four daily, but I like that they pack it into three. I'm glad I found this brand and that they offer supplement options.
