I absolutely love this product, I am going through the second bag now. I mix it with warm almond or 2% milk and keep a spoon in my cup and mix it as I go through my night beverage. I can tell that the ingredients are of superior quality, this has replaced my individual turmeric and ashwagandha pills with a warm beverage before I sleep. I don’t add any sweetener, but someone with a sweet tooth would definitely need to Add something.

This latte mix from India makes drinking golden milk easy compared to preparing it from scratch. Plus I get the added benefit of ashwaganda. The ingredients are Lakadong turmeric, organic ashwaganda, ginger, organic black pepper, organic Ceylon cinnamon, and green cardamom. All it takes is up to a teaspoon of the mix in a cup of warm milk plus sweetener of choice. I also add a tiny bit of coconut oil to help absorption since I use almond milk as the base; and I add nutmeg and vanilla for extra flavor. The 3.5oz resealable package has enough to make 50 cups. It tastes soothing and warming. I am happy to find this mix to help make golden milk an easy part of my routine.
