Great plug!
Change to this plug on some outdoor drops and so far I could not be happier. They are very water resistant and have some great cord tension to help keep it stable. This one mates up nice with its counterpart, so you really have to push it in to get the connection, but that is what makes it very water resistant.

Works good but instructions and description are junk. It supposedly only works with braided wire but doesn't say that anywhere in product description. I got it to work on normal electrical outdoor wire, 30amp.

If you need a waterproof plug, this is it.
This is the real deal. It is nicely engineered to be water proof. I did have a bit of a struggle to screw the cable retainer on for the final assembly. Once having done that, it has performed excellently. I feel confident leaving the plug exposed, with the cap fully snapped in place, in all kinds of weather. Great product.

High quality for 20amp 10AWG extension cord
Much better quality than the typical connector. Looks water tight. I used on 3 conductor 10AWG SJOOW winter outdoor extension cord for a long run at 20amp to avoid voltage drop. Being watertight means I can drag it through snow. This cord brings power to an electric snowblower. With some effort the cable did fit into the housing. One big plus is the terminal screws easily fit 10AWG stranded. Most others do not. See the matching plug also.
