Don’t see a change when I use this product

It is a nice gentle cleanser that brightens without irritating the skin. It is good for face and neck as well as for body. It does not dry the skin out. It rinses off easily. It gives good results with regular use.

I will return this item because the box was open and the bottle had no protective lead.

Was expecting an amber tinted bottle based off of the product photos but received the item in a frosted plastic bottle with a poor-quality, faded label stuck to it (totally different than what is pictured). You can barely make out the text on the label.Aside from that, this is more of a gel cleanser in terms of consistency. It has a light ivory color and has a very subtle scent to it. The scent is similar to citrus or something fruity. Did okay in terms of cleansing, but am worried about what the actual ingredients are in this product. For example, on the bottle’s label, it lists “organic soap base” as the first ingredient. That is not specific enough so if you have any allergies, you may want to skip this one.

This face wash is gentle on the face.I have used it for 3 months and still have some of it left. Quality wise it's great, fragrance is okaish but where it really shines is how soft it makes the face feel.Also it's great for sensitive skin.

The face wash is nice and non-drying and has just the right amount of lather. Good stuff. But the bottle it came in is not what was pictured. I was actually hesitant to try it because the label on the bottle was such poor quality. It did match the pictures in the other reviews.

This the first time it happened but it’s unacceptable

As far as using this product, I found it lathers like a soap, but feels quite soft in use. It's gentle cleansing, and leaves my skin feeling clean and very soft to the touch. It feels great and hydrating right after, but does start to feel a bit tight and dry if I wait too long for next product - but my skin itself still feels soft. It has a hint of carrot smell, but not really. What smell it does has is not overwhelming. It's pleasantand non-irritating to my face, and I like it for that.The ingredients list and bottle itself do not match the product listing, but I still like it. The bottle is shaped different and has a different label than the product photos. It has a safety seal but it was lifted in the bottle I got because the cap wasn't on right, and the bottle was only about 3/4 full but there didn't look like any spillage - it obviously wans't enough to stop me from using it. I really don't like that they just list "organic soap base" on the ingredients list. I would feel better about using this if it listed out what's in that soap base. Also, the listing mentions kojic acid and colloidal oatmeal, but neither of those things are in the ingredients list.
