Soft and Comfortable
This is a SOFT neck pillow which still gives support, but is not as firm as some other travel neck support pillows.As I have to sleep in a semi- upright position at night, I find this more comfortable.As I use it regularly, I have also found it necessary to replace the pillow, as over time it becomes a bit too soft and there is insufficient support. They are however, not expensive.

This is very soft.Unfortunately it’s not as large as first though, when trying to clip it around my neck it was very tight to do so and keeps popping off.

White label on side of black product !
Why put this label on the side. I pulled it off and tiny beads started to pour out of the product...had to sew a couple of stitches to the the seam to close it up...shouldn't need to do this ! ☹️
