I purchased this to help with inflammation as I have frozen shoulder and I'm trying an anti inflammatory diet.. Absolutely no idea if it is helping but it's refreshing and I like the taste. A little goes a long way so it will last for quite a while so good value

Well enjoying this product.Mixing 1/3 teaspoon with 100ml orange juice.First thing in the morning juice fix.Highly recommend.Size, quality and ease of use is excellent. Comes in a resealable packet, easy to remove powder.If you like ginger and tumeric then I highly recommend this product.You can mix it to suit your flavour needs.

Very strong stuff, certainly good value for money as a bag will last you for a long time, the only thing is that mixing it fully into a drink is somewhat difficult and sometimes there is always some remenance of ginger in it and sometimes even the root will be floating around. I usually use it early on the day and put it in my coffee to get an extra energy kick, but you don’t really feel the benefits with 1/3 of a tea spoon, I find that I need to have at least 2/3 thirds of a teaspoon to really feel the energy kick which I usually have to split in 2 coffees otherwise the taste is horrific. I am quite sensitive with spice but although useful this product is hard to recommend for those reasons. Useful product but impractical in actual practice.

Whoever came up with this blend is a genius! It's got a nice ginger hit, so a little goes a long way. I use it in fresh orange juice, I love an orange-ginger combination

I'm giving this 3 stars as this maybe a me issue..I'm finding it very powdery even when it's dissolved, I've tried it in both cold and boiling water, therefore finding it hard to drink.As for health benefits, I've not used it for more than 3 days but will keep trying.

A lot of shots for the money compared to buying little cans or bottles

Nice and gingery, can taste the ginger. Very good.
