Q: Are the white tights see through at all and are they more creamy or onwards the white side?

The black one are slightly sheer when I bend over so I would imagine the white ones might be a tiny bit too! Nothing crazy though. Not like if you wore them out it would be inappropriate

Q: Im a size 26/27 so would it be better to get a 4 or 6?

It depends on how you like your leggings to fit. I'd go for the 4 BC these are VERY stretchy. I have a 27 in waist and 41 in hips, 5'9 156 lbs. and i sized down to a small fits perfect bc I like that more tight compressed feeling.
