Contigo Cortland Autoseal Water Bottle

Excellent bottle. Mechanism works nicely and absolutely no leaking whatsoever.

No issues bought as my old leaked too many times. This one allows the best cleaning access of any other bottle with 2 lock features had for a few years, dropped a number of times but still great condition.

Recommended. Only issue is that if you try to drink from a lying down position, it leaks and spills on you. Also not for people who like to drink big gulps of water as the water flow is quite slow. Good for a clumsy person like me though :)

I love these bottles so much it’s my third one over several years! The first I broke after dropping it one too many times on hard floors (whoops) the second saw its death after a build up of limescale that my husband proclaimed was beyond the point of acceptable use after about 4 years maybe?! I’m not quite sure how long but it has certainly served me well considering I use it every day ever when home.I love the top design as by clicking the button you get a free flow of water. No sucking through a straw etc but it is also spillproof if you don’t click the button. The next thing I love is the clip part of the handle. I am a photographer and often on the go but on hot days want a water bottle close at hand. I clip the bottle on to either my bag or waist belt so it’s out the way when I don’t want it but easy to grab when I do.

Specifically searched for this model of Contigo bottle as it was to replaces the one I used for work.I found it to be very robust and completely leakproof, but unfortunately after years of use the spring mechanism in the button fell apart. It is easy to use one handed and easy to clean. All in all a great bottle.

Best water bottle and delivery was top class

Had an identical bottle for many years made by a now nonexistent company and broke the spout cover. So pleased found this replacement. Have Contigo flasks for hot drinks and liked them. Don't like water bottles.with flip up drinking spouts and straws as prefer simplicity of one-handed drinking, even upside down and in the car (not together!). If you dropped this, it wouldn't spill as need to have fingers on rim at back to open nozzle. Dishwasher safe. Can lock the button that opens spout so safe to chuck in a crowded bag, with spout protecter in place to prevent grit etc getting into bit you drink from. Even has an integrated clip to attach to rucksack or belt loop. Fab design!
