I had to cut down the bait blocks to fit in the unit. I used Tom Cat bait blocks.

Not secure at all
Dog was able to get in the bait station in less then 5 minutes and cause a gigantic vet bill.Don’t buy this product, the dog has never been able to get into my other bait stations which have been here for 10 years.

Function of use
The locking mechanism is very flimsy and after the lid is opened once it does not relock. I would not recommend

Bait holder too short for square bait blocks.
The rod for holding blocks is too short for standard baits and should be larger. I did not like cutting the baits in half and making a mess.

The locks fail , most rodent bait will not fit in boxes. Extremely poor quality

Lock fails!!! Do not buy!!!
Our dog easily got into this "locking" bait station. We had to take her to an emergency veterinarian. DO NOT BUY THESE BAIT STATIONS!!! DANGEROUS!!!
