I was using sand paper to glean my griddle top and this works much better. Cleans the griddle in no time. Also tried it on my grill but prefer using a spatula to scrape off the big stuff instead of a wire brush or this grill cleaning brick.

This works extremely well on flat metal surfaces for cooking.

I first learned about these bricks while working as a cook in a cafe. The ones the cafe would order worked flawlessly. These however, work mediocre. I bought them for my Blackstone. They are too soft, meaning they crumble easily while using them, which is not good. They are very large, making it harder to use, and they makes your hands black, which is to be expected, so use gloves. All in all, I'll use what I have, but I will not reorder
