Chewable and vegan friendly. No gelatin like the capsuals have.
Tastes ok but the formula is very good for your eye health. No animal by products so it is great for vegetarians and vegans. The capsule contain Bovine gelatin like most store bought vitamins. This a a great product and costs the same as the capsule kind. I recommend this product if you are looking for an animal free product that is an excellent vitamin for your eyes.

Chewable Eye Vitamin and Mineral Supplement
The tablet is very tasty and easy to chew. I started using them only a few days ago, so I cannot give a review as to how they are affecting my eyes as yet. However, this supplement was suggested by my eye surgeon and s also sold in his office I am pleased that this supplement is in the chewable form. I am posting five stars because I am confident that this supplement will be of help to me, and to others.

She doesn't like the grittiness.
I ordered these for a client with macular degeneration who always chokes on the non-chewable pills. She says these taste good, but she doesn't like how these go to pieces when she bites them, becoming gritty and getting stuck in her teeth. That wouldn't be a big thing to me, but she hates it enough that she won't order them again, and she wanted to rate them 3 stars. I guess I'll be shopping for gummies next...

No heartburn! Taste great.
If you have ARMD you have likely been told the benefit of taking an AREDS2 vitamin twice a day can reduce sight loss by 25%. That's pretty significant for a vitamin! The more popular AREDS2 gel vitamins gave me terrible heartburn and consequently I was having a hard time making myself take them. Saw a bottle of Focus Select AREDS2 Chewable at an eye specialist's office; bought it on the spot. No longer dread taking AREDS2. NO more heartburn... and they taste great. Concerned about the cost but more concerned about giving my sight a boost. It's worth it.

No refunds.
My wife has taken AREDS 2 vitamins for a while and switch to FOCUS. However, these vitamins cause her to break out in a rash. Something is wrong with these and I'm left with a bottle of pills I can't and won't use.
