Hailed as an effective anti-aging supplement
I remember in the 1990s when Coenzyme Q10 (something I take daily) was not only regarded as the fountain of youth but also very expensive. Before that, it was ginseng (also taking this daily). So the health fads come and go. But advancements in medicine, nutrition, and specifically oversight on products have become far more precise. Snake oils get debunked quickly thanks to the information age. This NMNH is a more potent version of NMN, and deals primarily with our energy levels. I'm not pretending to be an expert on this, but I consider it an important weapon in my arsenal of supplements. You might want to consider taking Resveratrol and additional NAD with this product for a compounding effect. Nothing is a magic bullet, so expect the changes in your energy, skin, nails and hair to be gradual. For the price, NMNH is a win. If you're picky on your supplements and low on $, I consider this a wise investment.

Great to use w NMN
Do your research. They're finding this works even more effectively than NR and combining 250mg daily w NMN and TMG. It makes your NAD levels greater esp 50 n above.

Great product
I bought this product after a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills was backing it. I do feel better and it’s giving me energy and definitely brain help. I will continue to take this product. It is also third-party certified and non-GMO a lab test tested.

NMN for longevity
Originally, I ordered NAD after doing research on the necessity of NAD for cellular repair and rejuvenation. It turns out that as we age the level of NAD in our bodies, begins to decline dramatically, with the result of that being a diminishing capacity for self repair, reflecting itself in slow recovery from injury and wrinkles and other other signs of aging that are concerning because these signs indicate and increasing speed of senescence. I quickly learned, however, that NAD may not make it from tablet to blood via digestion, with digestion, potentially destroying the NAD before it can be absorbed. Having learned that, I switched to NMN, which provides the precursors for the creation of NAD by our own bodies and have been satisfied with this product and with the result, which is an increased level of well-being and energy, in combination with other supplements like complex, b vitamins, magnesium, Omega-3 fatty acid, from fish oil, and magnesium glycinate. I have undertaken this course after considerable research because life is the only show in town and I would like it to continue for as long as possible, and have decided that supplementation of this will help.

More bioavailable than pure NMN
I purchased this because it is more bio-available than pure NMN. So far it appears to be as good as liposomal NMN. The cost is relatively the same, unless I make my own liposomal NMN. I like Double Wood supplements because they offer good products at reasonable prices.

Not as impressed
Granted, I have nothing with which to compare this NMNH yet. I use a number of Double Wood supplements, besides, so I think they are a nice company. But I really have felt a negligible change since I began taking this NMNH a few months ago. I started in early March and it is now mid-June.Recently I upped my dose from two capsules to three capsules in the morning on an empty stomach. I wonder if this is the type of thing that I will miss if I stop taking it, even though there doesn't seem to be much difference while "on" the supplement. I take Resveratrol about a half-hour after the NMNH a few days a week, as they supposedly work well together (and I have heard to cycle the usage of Resveratrol).I will say, I am thinking that if the NMNH is doing anything for me at all, it is affecting me hormonally. But any positive effect--any effect, period--that I am getting is very subtle.Recently, I purchased another brand of NMNH (500mg per capsule). I will be interested to see if a higher dose makes a difference, once this bottle of Double Wood NMNH is done. Also, there is the possibility of a methylation issue being involved with my rather lackluster NMNH experience, so I have started playing around with other supplements to address that. All said, this is kind of a "test and see" thing for me. I would have liked to be able to say that this NMNH is everything wonderful that everyone else here seems to think it is, but that is sadly not the case. And the one time I found the Double Wood NMNH on sale at about half-price, I thought that was great. Sixty dollars a bottle is really asking a lot out of customers, I think, particularly if they plan to take it for an extended period of time.
