Q: Will this work with Walmart inventory apps with employee phones?

Please help us to check and confirm whether your APP supports one of the three Bluetooth protocols HID, BLE, SPP, if so, please tell us which protocol it supports. If it is BLE or SPP, you need to set the scanner to the corresponding mode first, then turn on the Bluetooth of the APP in your APP and connect to the scanner. If the APP does not support any of these three Bluetooth protocols, the APP cannot be used with the scanner.

Q: How do you power it off? It turns on and scans fine but cannot figure out how to power it off.

If the scanner is not used for a long time, it will automatically enter the sleep state, or you could scan the setting code on page 17 of the manual to turn it off.
