Yep.
Pretty good and sturdy, doesn't tear very easily like most cheap rubber mounts. Easy to install. Would recommend.

They actually work!
It took me a while to figure out how to install them in a case fan. Finally, I realized that there was a small hole in the end of the "teat", so I fed a small diameter wire from the front hole of the fan and then ran the wire through the before mentioned "screw teat" hole and then back up through the fan front hole so that both ends of the wire could be pulled at the same time, and then once I had the fan in position, I pulled on the wire ends until the silicon "screw" was fully seated on the back hole of the fan. Is that the right way to do it? I don't know, but that is how I did it, and they work very well, and are nearly indestructible.

Solid product.
Fit well in my Lenovo Ideacentre 5i. Looser fit than the stock mounts but they're fine.

Terrible, they barely hold the fan to the case
I bought these wanting to replace all the screws that hold my pcs fans to the case. Well I only ended up replacing 2 and I am going to find another product to use. 2 of them broke when trying to get them attached to the fan, and the ones I got on, barely hold the fan. It moves around too easily with these on

It's easy to rip if not installed properly

Perfect for my use
I wanted to mount T30s to my NR200, but the standard pin equipped with the NR200 doesn’t reach far enough for a 30 mm fan like the T30. I mounted one on the other side of the grommet which comes with the NR200 and the other to secure the fan grill. It worked perfectly.Note, using the rubber rivet without the grommet allowed for the T30 to easily disconnect from the top panel. Securing it with the grommet makes the connection rock solid. I can easily remove them if I have to by stretching them and pulling the fan off of them.
