Fantastic Upgrade
This is a great product and great price. The install took 30 minutes with a wiring harness. It looks and sounds great in my Jeep Patriot. I feel like I’m driving a much newer vehicle with this upgrade. The Apple car play works very well.

Exceptional value for the money, great features, and excellent customer support
After extensive research and comparison shopping on Amazon and other sites for a modern car receiver with Bluetooth, touchscreen, backup camera capability, and Android Auto for my C4 Corvette, I landed on the PLZ Wireless 7" Car Receiver. Initially, I was skeptical about its low price, but now that I've installed and used it, I can confidently say it's a fantastic value for the money.First and foremost, the PLZ receiver exceeded my expectations in terms of features. It offers a plethora of functions, far more than I anticipated at this price point. From wireless Android connectivity to camera support to a shallow mounting depth, it checked off all the boxes on my list of requirements. The support provided by PLZ was exceptional. Clear instructions were included for pre-installation testing, and the option for a system update was a pleasant surprise. Not only did the update enhance the functionality of the receiver, but I also had the opportunity to personalize it with images for the startup splash screen and wallpaper. Additionally, they can provide emblems for some car makes upon request. I did not need those since I already had images I wanted to use, but that could be helpful for some. Despite support being overseas, their prompt responses to my emails waiting for me in my inbox each morning were greatly appreciated. The wireless integration with Android Auto is a standout feature of the PLZ receiver. In the confined space of a Corvette, the convenience of not having to worry about cable management is a huge plus. Now, I can keep my phone tucked away in my pocket or console while still accessing all the essential controls and apps through the receiver's touchscreen. Streaming music and navigation have never been easier.Installation was made even simpler thanks to the RCA out connections, which allowed me to seamlessly integrate the receiver with my Rockford Fosgate amp and speakers. The resulting audio quality is impressive, especially considering the compact interior of the C4 Corvette.Lastly, the sleek design of the PLZ receiver blends in with my car's all-black dash, exceeding my expectations for it looking like it belongs there. I have seen so many aftermarket installs in C4s that just look out of place, so I am pleased to not be in that group. My one remaining task is to modify the plastic trim piece to fit the size of the receiver, but that is due to my car and not the unit. I have installed many stereos over the years and if my car had a standard double din opening this would have been a simple bolt-in install. But that is my car’s issue, not the receivers.Overall, the PLZ Wireless 7" Car Receiver has proven to be the perfect fit for my needs, offering an unbeatable combination of features, value, and support. I would not hesitate to purchase this unit again when the need arises. If you're in the market for a modern car receiver, I highly recommend giving the PLZ receiver a try.

Good Price, looks good, easy to install, Bluetooth is great.
A nice little double DIN Bluetooth radio that I finally got installed after some wiring harness trouble. I had a challenge getting the correct wireharness to work with the JBL factory amps. Once that was squared away, the radio sounds great, the bluetooth connects right away when the car is turned on and the music starts playing and the map comes up as we previously had it after turning off the vehicle. It came with the remote control that is of the small size and fits into a compartment easily. The radio appeard bright enough to see all of the display during the day. I will take some time to try out the radio and performance and add more to the review later. I am completely satisfied and would but this again. I installed in a 2005 Toyota Tundra with the JBL factory amp.

A lot of bang for buck
If you are looking to upgrade your old basic factory stereo to an Apple Carplay / Android Auto display, and you're on a budget, this is probably the best bang for your buck you will find. I installed on a 2012 Subaru Impreza. I definitely needes the separate dash kit (the included fascia and brackets did not fit) and wiring harness (I got the harness with included steering wheel control wiring and was able to retain most of the steering wheel controls without needing the separate adapter). Double check what you need for your specific make/model.Install was actually fairly easy, just make sure you pay attention to the wiring diagrams. I used a cheap crimp kit from Harbor Freight to get the job done. Installing the backup camera was a bit more tricky (had to splice into the reverse light and drill a few holes) but you'll be fine if you watch a few YouTube videos.Setup is also pretty straightforward. Android Auto works great and the stereo sounds at least as good as, if not better, than the factory stereo. The fridge default screen settings are a bit dim and murky, so I boosted the brightness and saturation settings to improve it. Backup camera works great. Some reviews have complained about the camera having permanent alignment grids in the field of view but that was not the case for mine. The only grids in mine are adjustable and removable in the head unit software. Additionally, their support email is very fast and responsive (although you may have to decipher some of their odd English at times). It isn't perfect. Occasionally the Bluetooth doesn't pair on its own and requires manual pairing. The screen quality is good, but not great (I think they have a more expensive QLED model). The steering wheel control settings don't have an option for a "mic" or "voice" button, which means if you have that button on your wheel you won't be able to use it to active Siri or Google Assistant. These are minor quibbles, especially if you go to Crutchfield and compare to even your least expensive option for wireless Carplay/Android, backup camera, etc, which will be at least 400 bucks. If your car is already kind of old and not worth spending a ton of money on a state of the art head unit, this is a very inexpensive option that will get you 90% of the functionality of a brand name unit that costs you triple. Nice way to upgrade an older car for under 200 bucks all in!
