Q: How do you swag them?

#38ABS has 11/16" OD which is typically swaged to 0.58"/0.59" nominal. One option is to buy a factory fabricated assembly. Our factory can machine swage with tool and die on hydraulic press. Another option is to crimp with a 12 ton die such as Nicopress Stock Number: 12-OVAL-F6 DIE. It depends what your application is and what you're trying to achieve.
