The quality of the bottle is top-notch, leak proof and right size for my school going kid. However after one month of the purchase, my kid accidentally broke the cap/lid of the bottle. As the bottle comes with a warranty card, I contacted their customer care service and shared my issue. They were kind enough to understand the problem and assured me that they would raise this issue with their supervisor. Within a week they send me for the cap replacement in the same color, else the bottle would have been of no use without the cap and I would have to make another purchase, but thanks to Femora, I got the replacement. I am so happy with their after purchase service. Would recommend it to everyone. No doubt, one of the best brands I came across so far.

The sipper bottle was perfect in every way. Easy to separate all parts and wash and therefore quite hygienic, stainless steel body, so water need not be stored in harmful plastic materials, kids just love the designs, easy to open one-touch lid and easy to sip features. But all of these excellent reviews were rendered useless when the locking mechanism on the cap broke in no time. Kids tend to drop their sippers and the locking system is rather delicate and will break with a hard fall. The beautiful sipper is then just a useless piece of expensive investment with poor utility.Please note, this issue with the design of the cap seems to be common to all brands offering a similar product and not specific to this brand.

Locking part got broke 2 times for 2 bottles and bottle got wasted

The media could not be loaded. Vibrant and attractive blue colour astronaut theme water bottle I bought for my baby. She is almost 5 years old now. She loved it. She is carrying this sipper bottle to school and she started enjoying drinking water. On holidays also she is drinking water using her sipper bottle which makes me laugh. It Came with detachable straw which makes it easy to clean. This is my best option for hydration solution for my baby. My baby is too active it is really helping her to drink water frequently.

This stainless steel insulated slipper water bottle is a good choice for my little one.it came with holding bag with straps to carry easily.my son was so surprised to see it and he’s carrying around his neck when he ho to play school or outside to play with his friends .he absolutely fell in love with this bottle .especially he loves the print of dinosaur. My kid is 3 and half year old and he is operating himself to drink water and it hydrating h throughout the day which makes me stress free.a great gift for my super kid

Quality is good but cup is not provided. Should check for hot water.Easy cleaning. They are mentioning that it comes with cup but there is no cup with the bottle
