Brilliant B12 supplement that is easy to swallow as a simple spray that tastes nice. Would recommend!

A good B12 spray-This B12 mouth spray tastes nice and seems to work. As someone with B12 deficiency I rely on sprays, tablets, or gummies to feel more normal each day. This one seems to work but I don't get quite as strong of a boost of energy from this ones as some others. In addition, the spray isn't great and I often find myself having to press it 2 or 3 times just to get a full spray which is annoying, it also messes the dosage up as I don't get a nice even spray each time. Finally, the box says 133 sprays but in my experience bottles around this size usually produce much less than that-Side note - Don't take high doses of B12 unless you need it. Too much B12 can have the opposite effect and make you feel tired, low on energy, and cause tingling in hands & feet among other things. Research the daily dose before hand or consult an medical professional first-It's an ok spray but could be better. Current price is £6
