This neck massager is incredible! Initially I thought it was a little bulky but one it's on your neck and rolling, you might think a human is giving you a neck massage! The only complaint I have is, it doesn't feel warm. The heat lights, light up, but the warmth is so subtle I can't tell it's working. Regardless, the massage action is so good, I don't care it doesn't get very warm. It's easy to use, just put it around your neck and turn it on. You can also adjust the speed and intensity of the massage. I had a neck injury last year and I can say this really helped relieve pain and stiffness. Now I just use it because it's a well-made device that relieves tension around the neck and even a little on the upper back. Totally worth it!

If you have neck problems, what ever it may be, this is the best money you'll ever spend! Feels like a professional massage. I literally melted and feel asleep. The heat setting is a plus! It gives you relief from neck pain.

If I found it so painful, why did I give it 4 stars? It works well and is simple enough to use. It does “heat up”, but not super warm.You can change the direction of the massagers. I think this is perfect for this type of massage.However, I don’t think I am a fan of this type of massage. I used it for less than 10 minutes and the next day my skin felt like someone had punched me. It didn’t hurt too much whenever I was using it, but the next day it was a different story. I felt like I was beat up by this thing.There are 3 speed levels and it doesn’t seem to get stuck. It’s pretty steady and pushes through those muscles.… a little too much.I gave it to my mom, who initially loved it. Then the next day she told me she hated it and didn’t want it because she also felt the sorenessAnyway, not for us. But works great and it’s cheap. So if you’re into this kind of massage, then it’s the perfect price point for what tou get.

Works great! I got this for my husband for his birthday, but I use it just as much as him. The heat feature was an added bonus that I didn’t notice when ordering. Massage quality is better than I expected. Overall, great product at a great price.

I recently tried one of another brand, which is no longer available. I wanted one for the car, and since this included a car cord, and was well reviewed, I gave it a go. On the outside it is very similar to the first one I got, but the design on the inside is not the same. The massage "balls" are of varying sizes, resulting in only the two highest ones really impacting the skin. The massage feels like the entire device is lurching around on ones sore muscles. The "balls" on the other brand massager are uniform in size and height, resulting in a much more comfortable massage.

This item really relaxes all of my muscles. I literally fall asleep while using this massager in the heat mode. I am very pleased with the size and how easy it is to use it.

EDIT: update 12/12/24 seller reached out to offer a refund and sent us a new product within a few days. we just got it yesterday and have not heard the squeaking sound!! will update if anything else comes up, but i’m very impressed by the companies customer service.this thing is amazing. the massage and the heat functions work great and it’s very versatile. has helped immediately with neck and back pain. easy to use - buttons are simple. good value for price. multi speed options.HOWEVER - it makes a loud weird squeaking noise sometimes after maybe 10 uses? it will randomly be massaging and make a noise that sounds like rubber rubbing together very loud for 10-15 seconds or until you push on it. not very relaxing.
