Terrible - don’t waste your money.
These worked good for about a week. They are cheaply made and not a true quality replacement part. The look and feel the same but did not perform the same as the brand name version. Just buy the name brand ones and be happier.

First thing**Thanks to everyone who posted a review for this item**These worked perfectly! Washer runs like new again. It's in large part due to the reviews posted here that I was able to confidently purchase this set. I highly recommend this item for anyone whose washer is not completing a cycle due to the load becoming unbalanced. It's a big problem but, this makes it a quick and easy repair. AAA +++**update**Only a few weeks after installing these replacement suspension rods, the washer began to unbalance with every load. Today, the washer is once again unusable as even with small loads on delicate setting still goes unbalanced when trying to spin. I'm going to pay the price for genuine Samsung parts this time as these parts are obviously not made to last. Unfortunately, I'll likely end up having to buy a new washer if the more expensive parts don't do the trick. I sure wish appliance companies would build their products to last as they used to do, but those days are gone, sadly. I cannot recommend these suspension rods as the do not last.

Only lasted 2 weeks
Faulty product, missing a washer on one rod. Didn’t even last 2 weeks. Called a local appliance shop to replace them, again. It took a couple weeks to get parts and now 8 days outside of my return window. Salty. I do not recommend.

Replaced with these items and they only lasted a month. Have to order new ones and replace again.

Only worked for a couple weeks now have to replace them with very expensive ones from Samsung don’t buy a washer from Samsung very inferior product!

Wore out fast
Was so excited when I fist got them on my washer was working like it should. 10 washes later machine was saying unbalanced. Sure enough they were worn out. I'm keeping loads about small to medium and still having issues.
