I decided on this heating pad because the reviews said it actually gets hot and it didn’t disappoint! I’ve had quite a few heating pads over the years and I’ve never found one that works as well as this one. I get really bad back cramps during my period and this thing is a godsend. It’s pretty comfortable to lay on too and a great size. This thing is definitely going to be getting some use.

I don’t take anything for pain relief, but usually opt for things like hot water bottles and heating pads. Mant times I use these options even when I’m not experiencing any pain. This heating pad is larger than most I have at 20” x 24” and is an excellent size. One thing I love is the fact that I can easily select the temperature level I want. There’s no timer with this heating pad, but it does have an Auto-Off feature.The color of this heating pad is a beautiful cloud gray. The one I use daily is similar to this one, but not as large. I have to launder the other one every now and then. This heating pad can be laundered and instructions are in the user manual as well as on the tag. The pad itself is a very soft and cushy microplush polyester. When I use a heating pad, it’s a very comfortable experience. This one is very well-made without a thread out of place.I tried it out by working with the very responsive control, which is easy to use. The heat arrived fairly quickly and I didn’t have to wait a few minutes for it to heat up. With one exception for an injury, I’ve mostly been using a heating pad for comfort, not pain. When I worked with the control, it was easy to see what was going on. The cord was sufficiently long, enabling me to plug it in and use it on a bed. As a heating pad it did not get above the slightly warm stage. After leaving it on for one hour on its highest setting it never got above 100 degrees. That's just 2 degrees above normal body temperature. I want to buy another one but am afraid they are all the same. I'll take any suggestions !!!

I just love this little heating pad! The only downside is now I have to buy a second one because my wife is always taking this and using it haha. It's a good size for what it's intended for, can cover your entire back, wrap around your leg or arm without any problem and I really like the tufted texture of the soft cover. It is removable for easy washing and the pad has a soft feel to it, maybe about 1/2" thick overall.The pad evevnly heats all over and the settings from 1 to 6 give a good amount of heat control. The auto-off feature is good too since after 2 hours it will turn itself off. This could be annoying to some but I tend to be forgetful at times so I don't have to remember to shut this off. It also is beneficial as you don't want to use heat therapy for extended periods anyway so I appreciate that it will turn off automatically to avoid that.I could see some wanting this in a larger size but at that point what you really are looking for is a heating blanket, not a pad like this. This would make a great gift for any athletes or professionals who do lots of physical work. I hope this review has been helpful, cheers!

This heating pad is soft, warm and has a basic remote with only one button on it. With a 2 Hour Auto-Off feature you need not worry about it staying on too long.With this heating pad comes a feature I like and that is an Over-Heat Protection feature. I do know that these can get hot if doubled over on themselves or if a blanket is laid over top of them. Having an Over-Heat feature makes me feel better about it. Also, it is ETL Certified if you're concerned.With 6 heating levels anyone can find the perfect heating level that you need. This heating pad can help you to get to sleep if you lay it over your feet while in bed. You can set it and it will go off in 2 hours. The current price is what I'd expect from a heating pad with these features.

The default heat setting is at 6 when it is first turned on. There is no memory function or ability to vary the time it is on. It will automatically shut off on it's own though. I am being extra careful of the connector when pushing it in and pulling it out as it is a very thin flap of plastic with slot cut into it that lines up to a small tang that holds it in place. It is this so I am being careful not to break it because it does look like it would be easy to snap off it it was pulled too far up to unhook it so that the connector can release.It did take a few minutes for the electric element to really warm up. I felt the majority of the heat coming from the side of the pad with the connector attached to it. I am assuming that is where the heating element is located. I put a small throw blanket over the top of this pad to keep some of the heat in and it did help to keep it warm at the lower settings.I was pleased with the size and the amount of heat it produced and would recommend it for a small winter lap warmer. There is a slight odor that dissipates after a while which did not bother me much when it was there.
