I had bought the chocolate flavour, carb amount is high, you can take two bananas along with the shake as a meal replacement. Scoop size is average. I had previously used naturaltein protein powder. Cheap and best whey protein from Impact and a trustified certified one under low budget.

This is my second time using Nakpro Whey Protein.Original product.After taking this product, I notice lots of difference. As a thin and skinny person, this really helps me in the formation of muscles.Great product and thank you Nakpro.
