Great customer service. Replaced camera that died outside of the return window.
Great customer service! Camera died after 10 months, but seller replaced it for free. I never had a problem with the original camera until it died. It actually worked pretty well and had great picture quality. Nice features for a sub $100 PTZ camera.

Only wish is it was 8 MP
Works with Blue Iris very smoothly. Connected and had running within minutes. The camera runs smoother and wider range for PTZ then other PTZ I have. With it being in a dome makes it hard to see what direction it's pointed from a distance. The biggest plus is IR lumminater is 360 on the device and helps light up a big area at night. It plays so nice with Blue Iris that there is a few areas I may swap the cameras out to this with PTZ being a plus.

Great camera for the price
For the price this camera is excellent, no it does not have as many features as cameras costing hundreds but that is to be expected, For the price this camera has a lot of resolution and features!

Very capable Camera, but be wary, no contact info
It took me awhile to get the camera to work on my somewhat complicated network, but when I did, it worked as described. I was fairly impressed by the resolution clarity and granularity of the display. I'm using this in Synology Surveillance Station and it seems to work fine inside the application. All in all, this looks like a good camera, and I'd recommend it's use at least with Synology, as I haven't tried it with anything else.Update: After 4 months, this camera is still woking great. I do have reservations. The only way to get this camera to work with Synology Surveillance Station is using the ONVIF protocol settings. This is a very capable camera but using ONVIF you may lose some of the more powerful camera capabilities. I attempted to contact the seller (who is ambiguous) to see if I could find out who made the camera because Surveillance Station (and other host surveillance controller software) can leverage those capabilities with manufacturer/model profiles. Investigation of the camera itself shed no light on the manufacturer and I got no response from either Amazon or the seller (Real HD) on what the actual manufacturer or model number might be. As a result of this I believe getting any support beyond returning the camera to Amazon is probably out of the question. The seller (Real HD) has created their "store" vitually within Amazon and I have to wonder if there's even a "brick & mortar" presence and so far I'm unable to find any technical support. While these cameras work fine and are very capable, even using the ONVIF profile, getting technical support is difficult at best, and non-existent at worst. I think buyers might be better off in the long run by paying a little more from a vendor/manufacturer that prominently displays the ability to contact them for technical support.

Poor image quality
It does work but not sure it would last a year outside. Cool thing is it works with Amcrest NVR. The image looks like a 2 megapixel camera at most. I will be returning it for something better.
