Q: People say the pillow is LUMPY - and there are many reviews confirming it is LUMPY - do they sell a non lumpy model.

previous pillows were slightly lumpy. the 20th anniversary pillow is much smoother, cool, due to baffles and the giza cotton cover is much softer. you also can select levels of firmness. My wife prefers a flatter pillow and has a level 2 I prefer a thicker pillow and have a level 4 firmness.

Q: How is this Anniversary Edition different from the Premium MyPillow that's more expensive?

I could not tell you this because I have never bought one of the premium pillows before. All I do know is that this pillow works wonderfully for me and my family.

Q: Why does this product not have a free shipping shipping and handling option?

You would have to ask the owner of my pillow and Amazon why they are charging shipping for this product. If you go to the my pillow site you will pay upwards of $20 for shipping of this pillow on Amazon it's only 10. But being a prime member you should have free delivery. The delivery they charged I ended up getting refunded because they were very very late with my pillow. I would not order it again even though the pillows were good. Hope this helped you.

I got the small pillow, of course it feels that way with your hands, but I have bought tons of pillows and this is the first one that doesn’t crawl away from my head during the night because it is so pliable and you can reform it anytime and tuck it in under your neck, and with a little shape shifting make a nice spot for your head. I have 4 herniated disks in my neck, I love this pillow.
