Hot & Cold The Loess Fomentation Pack for Neck,Knee,Waist,Belly,Shoulder & Back

I loved this pack but it burst about a year (14 months) after I bought it. I used it for massage clients. It heat up well in the microwave. I'm disappointed that it didn't last longer.

Plastic cover is not comfortable! When heated up the plastic cover off gasses a very strong and anoying chemical smell also. Older Korean products of the same name had very heavy cotton covering.

This item is horrible and it broke right away. The company has yet to respond back to me or issue me a refund.

I used this at my friends home, this item was brought from Korea. It is a heavy rubber material filled with mud, according to my friends. There is very little English on the item. The pad heats fast, just 3 minutes. Most impressive, it stays hot for a long time. I was surprised after 20 minutes the thing was still hot. I personally discount all the mumbo jumbo about the "rays" and their properties. For me it's all about heat retention and durability.
