Just received and installed this today. Straightforward installation if you are comfortable with basic DIY projects. I have other GHome/Gosund smart devices so I am very familiar with the app which is very user friendly. I bought this for use on my garage service door for easy, secure access from the yard. Having multiple fingerprints is very convenient for my son and his familiy when they visit and want to access the house from the yard...or to access my house if necessary when we are away from home. Keypad and app functions work as expected and of course this includes a physical key for access if necessary. This is my first smart door knob and it is a great upgrade for my home.

This is perfect for our PPE room at the fire department. It keeps unauthorized person out and allows us to monitor activity in and out of the door.
