It is compact, doesn't take up much space and is easy to store. The material looks thick, and when I first started using it, I could feel my neck being stretched and a slight soreness, but it was completely within the acceptable range. After using it for a while, I feel that the flexibility of the cervical spine has improved, and it is no longer so hard to turn my head. It's really hassle free as you can easily do traction at home!

I have one of these and so I purchased one for my daughter, who just suffered whiplash. She has tried mine before and absolutely loved it. When she told her chiropractor that she got one and had been using it, he was really happy with her initiative and how well this product works. We both use ours regularly and it is always a great release of tension. Definitely well worth it. Just a warning of caution though, if you've never used one of these before, the first few times can make you a touch light-headed so just use some caution.

Strap not great.

I couldn't wait to try it out as soon as I received it. Its material is high - quality velvet mesh fabric, which is soft, skin - friendly and breathable. You won't feel stuffy even after long - term use. The earhole design is particularly considerate. When wearing it, you can listen to music and answer calls without affecting daily activities.

Works better than expected. Feels great and very relaxing lying on it. Would recommend to anyone who needs some neck relief.

I bought this to relax my neck when I go out for trip. It is really useful since I feel neck pain relief after using for a while.

I like that it doesn't require a chin strap to work. The padding inside the sling grabs strongly onto the occipital bone (bottom-back part of the skull), and gives exactly the stretch I need with no jaw pain. When I move closer or further away from where the sling is suspended, I can change the type and intensity of the stretch.
