These are pretty universal for pumps! So helpful especially as you change sizes through breast feeding journey!

Saved my nipples! The flange sizes that come with pumps were definitely not the size for me and caused so much pain. After researching online, found these and for such a great price! ..Was able to play around with the different sizes and found that right and left needed different flanges. Gave me such relief. First time mom saved. Material is soft and not rigid.

These worked so well for me! I purchased them and can put them in my wall pump or my travel pump. I and a size 17 but was able to share the ones I didn’t need with my mom friends. Super comfortable and easy to use in the pump.

Getting the appropriate flanges is crucial for a successful pumping journey! It was nice that this kit comes with multiple sizes since I was unsure of what I needed, and they sizing can change throughout your time pumping. These inserts are easy to clean and have held up to multiple months of pumping and washing!

These work great and are very compatible. I wish a softer silicone version existed, but these are the best variety pack on the market.

My credentials for this review are as follows -I nursed and pumped with my first born until she was 1 year old and I have been exclusively pumping for my 7 month old since she was 4 months old. Prior to exclusively pumping with her, I was pumping and nursing. I own and have used 6 different pumps in the last 2 years that I’ve been a mom, ranging from completely hands free pumps like the momcozys to being plugged into an outlet with my spectra.I have always started off as an over-supplier and then fallen into a just enougher at about 5 months postpartum. I’ve also always found pumping to be very uncomfortable. I dreaded every pump session and I would cringe every time I would turn the pump on. I constantly heard that it wasn’t supposed to hurt or be uncomfortable from lactation consultants and influencers, but I thought I must be super sensitive or something, because there was never a time that I was comfortable when pumping. That is until I found these flange inserts. These flange inserts changed the game for me. They helped me find my true flange size and made pumping so much more comfortable, which in turn increased my milk output. Because of these inserts, I have the confidence to continue providing breast milk for my child for a long as I can. They are also very easy to clean and they work with most breast pumps. The only con is that they don’t work with hands free breast pumps that fit in your bra as cups because of their length. Otherwise, don’t hesitate to buy these. They are so affordable for something that can help this much.

As a new mom my wife was given an electronic pump through our insurance, however the size of the nipple guards that were included didn’t cover her properly. Through a couple of days of researching my wife landed on this product and has been comfortable pumping for our newborn ever since.

Its amazing how much a difference it makes when you have the right size flanges. I measure at a 18mm and 20mm. I use the 19mm on both sides and it works perfectly. These inserts make everything about pumping so much more comfortable. I use them in my legendairy milk Duette, Elvie Stride and Avent manual pump. They are made of sillicone which alone feels so much better than those hard plastic flanges. But once you find your right size it is a true game changer. Pumping no longer feels painful, no more pinching no more uncomfortable friction that feels like your going to blister no more feeling of bruising. These make it comfortable so that I am able to relax and do a full session of Pumping but also speed things up toso that i dont have to pump as long and still empty myself. If only I had these at the very beginning of my Pumping experience when i was power Pumping to increase milk production. I definitely recommend to any mama if they are considering Pumping after birth to buy these in advance. Make sure you have multiple sizes on hand because your size will change. It will change after birth, it will change once baby starts feeding or if your pumping. 100% recommend to all mamas, measure yourself we are not all the standard flange size sold with our pumps. Finding your true size changes everything!
