Worth it!
Used these for work speakers and worked perfectly. Crisp and clear sound running of an amplifier in a 83db work area no problems at all listening to tunes.

Great passive (non-powered) speakers
I bought these to use with my edrum amp and Korg Wavedrum... the Wavedrum Global has graet stereo effects on almost every voice, and I wanted to get some of that when playing through an amp, so I bought these, and some tripod stands, and a couple 1/4" instrument cords, and they work great! The amp I'm using is a Simmons DA200S, which has left and right speaker outs, crossovered to only send mid/high frequencies, which is just perfect for my need (but it means I can't tell you anything about the low end on the speakers). They seem well-built and solid, and they sound really good for how I'm using them. The built-in post mount in the bottom makes them easy to set up. Note that the1/4" jack is recessed a bit, so you won't want to use a right-angle plug there.

These speakers are awesome! I have them ser up on my receiver and they sound fantastic! I read other coustomer comments and I totally agree that these speakers are the ones to get! And they are a great price!

I will never buy these speakers again they are not 500 w like they say
There's nothing good about these speakers of besides the way they look they sound like something you would give your kidsNow they rattling real bad my system not that strong I'm a DJ I wouldn't know try to make it work but I would never buy these again
