Love this book, the illustrations and instructions are set out simply and the 4 week plan is easy to folliw.

good exercise guide book
It would be helpful guide for people who would like to start some regular chair based exercise routine. Good program week by week.

Very easy to read and use.
The author has thought of everything. He has used all the exercises on real people with success. It's a no nonsense, down to earth book. Easy to navigate and use. I am enjoying using it.

More Yoga style than I was expecting
I was hoping for a better range of exercises. Half of this is Yoga type poses, and the rest is pretty much all versions of core type exercises. So not what I'd call full body or multi-joint exercises. No chair squats, or any type of weight bearing, bent knee. Mostly sagittal plane exercises - movement to the front...very little lateral plane with weights or movement.So limited range of muscles being used.Not for me I'm afraid!

Very Professional Illustration and Clear Instructions
The book is very well made. Lots of clear illustrations and the explanation is very professional. I love the way this book is structured and really recommend it if you are looking for low impact exercise sitting to improve Strength and joint health.
