Air Deluxe Chess Board Carrying Bag,Travel Bag Suitable for 40cm*35cm Chess Boards Size

Used it for my Millennium Chess Computer - Chess Genius PRO - 2024. It is a little larger then the set, but not too big. The outer pockets worked good to hold the chess pieces and the A/C adapter.

This Chessnut bag is overly crinkly. The lining is a thin plastic and cannot be quiet. It sounds like you’re rummaging through a shopping bag when you’re grabbing something from it. The bag is attractive with good padding for keeping your chessboard et al. protected. It will easily hold a 13 x13 board (maybe a little larger but not much). This bag has five pockets and two unsecured pouches. There is the main compartment which is the largest. It has a wide internal side pocket with a Velcro strap. On the outside is a large side pocket with a zipper. This would be a good place for chessmen and clock though they will not have padding from the outside. There are also two small, zippered pockets. Each can hold a cell phone and more. These pockets have outside pouches with no closures. Do not put anything valuable in the pouches. Whatever is put in could fall out. They are large enough to put a water bottle in them. There is also an optional shoulder strap if you desire. Wearing this bag over your shoulder does not look bad in the least. The description page mentions a mysterious strap. It says there is “An elasticated velcro strap which effectively holds it in place and stops it from moving/sliding.” I am not sure I can find that strap. There is one Velcro strap, but it secures the inside pocket. If that is it, then it greatly limits the size of board this bag will hold. I doubt that is the one described as it is not elasticated. They may need to edit the product description.

This bag does precisely what it is supposed to do, to store your chessboard, when not in use; especially if you own a Chestnut Air or Air+.Worth yhe buy .

Perfect carrying bag for my Chestnut air chess set.I can see this able to be used for anything that fits, like other games or a laptop or a mix of anything that would fit!Sides are thick and durable offering plenty of protection for whatever you may be carrying!

The carrying bag fits my Chessnut Air+ chess set and iPad. I had not seen any alternative bag, so this was my only choice available to carry the Chessnut Air+. It is adequate, but storage pockets for the chess pieces could be better designed than just dumping the pieces into the outside pockets of the bag where they could be crushed. Moreover, chess pieces in the pocket are on top of each other grinding against other pieces. The outside pocket zipper must zip around a corner to close and if not careful, the zipper could be slightly open allowing pieces to fall out. To remove the chess pieces with the bag upright you need to grab a handful of pieces at a time and verify there are not any chess pieces left behind. A better usable design to accommodate storing of the chess pieces should have been done. A storage box or bag should have been supplied to places the pieces side-by-side. A box or bag would make it easier to take the pieces out. I found zipper see-through bags that alleviate some of my issues.The carrying bag is adequate. I need a bag to carry Chessnut to play chess with my older brother in assisted living. It's an opportunity to share the joy of playing that comes with Chessnut.

I do not like the feel of this bag, it's very plastic-like and it feels cheap. There's nothing spectacular or outstanding about the bag that makes me feel like it's worth $80. For that, there are definitely better alternatives that are much more cost effective. I'm just not impressed.
