The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic product – I’m so glad I ignored the few negative reviews. I suspect these are from people who don’t take the time to read the instructions and use the product properly. I saw a 1-star video review on here somewhere where the reviewer is clearly not using the product properly, so I just had to leave a video myself to show that it definitely DOES work, and does a great job!Some of my windows are difficult to access from outside and I’ve always had trouble cleaning them myself, and resorted to using (expensive) professional window cleaners. No longer! Now I have the Pinewick MasterGlass I can clean my windows easily and save a load of money on window cleaning services in the process!DELIVERY – very fast with no issues as usual with AmazonPACKAGING – The packaging looks great, a lot of thought has clearly been put into it. It comes in a nice magnetic closing box, which has a useful guide on the bottom on how to measure your window thickness to check it’s the right thickness for the tool to work. Really well put together, it feels like you’re opening a gift.CONTENTS – Everything in the box is actually really useful, unlike some other brands that seem to include a load of useless junk in the box! You get a full collapsible spray bottle that really helps soak your windows (especially the outside) and is easy to store when not in use. You actually get a bottle and not just a nozzle, like I saw other brands offering. The microfibre cloth for finishing the corners is really high quality. Spare cleaning pads and a nice storage bag are also included. The instructions are nice and clear (for a change!). Then there’s the tool itself, which is well made and robust, with a decent sized handle – making it easy to use. I can see a lot of other brands have tiny handles, which I imagine would make them much more difficult to use.USING THE TOOL – It takes a bit of practice to get used to using the window cleaner – I followed the advice in the instructions to try it out on a ground floor window first, which is a great tip. The magnets are definitely strong enough to hold on my double-glazed windows no problem. Once you get the hang of it and use plenty of water and go slowly as it says in the instructions its no problem to use at all (see the video). Got my dirty windows sparkling in minutes! Really happy with the results.Some reviewers mention pinching their fingers with the product, but if they’d just followed the warnings on the packaging and instructions to keep the magnets well apart this wouldn’t be a problem. They’ve even included a special wedge to help get the two halves apart again in case this happens – another thoughtful addition to the kit. The magnets have to be strong to hold the tool on the window. I wouldn’t use this on single glazed windows as it might break them. And I guess it’d fall off a triple glazed window – as it mentions on the listing.OVERALL – 10/10 I couldn’t recommend this product enough. It basically pays for its self in one use now I no longer have to hire a window cleaner. It’s definitely my best buy all year. Get one!

Extremely strong magnet, about two square inches of eared is for washing the window with a blade for cleaning to follow.Seemed to be doing an ok job on a filthy veleux window that doesn’t open much. I should have kept the safety string shorter, when the connection broke for the second time the magnetised wipe thing dropped down and latched on to the cast iron gutter, I’m not going to be able to disconnect that any time soon 🤣🤣🤣

I live on the 7th floor of a block of flats next to a body of water, which means I get constant seagull poo on my windows and they are only cleaned once every six months. Sort of defeats the point of living high up for nice views.This is fantastic; British company, lovely quality box of kit, hefty and colourful, easy instructions and the magnetics are STRONG. Stuck really well to the windows even that high up.Follow the instructions, concentrate, go slowly and carefully and they clean the windows really well.

I don’t know how this product can be sold. The magnets are so strong if you got your fingers caught it would break them! Seriously dangerous.It works ok but only ok. This isn’t just about this purchase but about these contraptions whoever sells them.

I have awful windows in living room that I put off cleaning for ages as they dont swivel right round and bottom half doesn't open at all, so murder and pretty unsafe to clean. I quite like this product as has made a big difference hassle wise. It can be quite streaky, but I had that issue beforehand anyway, so does the trick for my needs. Pay close attention to the safery warnings and follow instructions to the letter, as these magnet are mega strong and could break your fingers if not followed. Think you just needs to develop a knack to reduce the streaks, but other than that, I'm fairly happy with it and think its decent value for money.

This product as people have said - it has instructions, read them clearly. Having read them I am totally blown away that I can finally clean my sash windows properly after 20 years. Window cleaners don’t do a great job these days so they’ve never been fantastic and trying to prop one up and lean over or down, was only ever a bodgejob. They look so clear and so clean I am just in awe. Fantastic product.

Haven't actually used this yet dye to sickness so don't know how well it works, but it really is very well made with good instructionWhich by the way -- read those instructions and read them again and abide by the rules of use. The magnets are exceptionally strongI suspect that those who have hurt themselves possibly went ahead without properly reading first

I have recently purchased this item and used it for the first time. It comes very well packaged, with super clear instructions. The feel of the product itself is reassuringly robust and my expectations of how well it works have been exceeded. I haven't bought anything like it before so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am more than happy to recommend. It costs a little more than other options but then I think you get what you pay for. It tackled our thick double glazing without a problem. That said, the tether is essential. Don't use it without securing it to your wrist.
