decent product however it struggled to control bass, good for volume control though.

It Works
I just use it as a volume knob for my speakers. It works and the build is nothing special really. I had to stuff the volume knob cap a bit so it doesn't scrape on the housing.It has a rather weird quirk is that with the volume set to the lowest, it affects the headphone output of my headphone AMP. Fortunately I was able to bypass that by have the main DAC/AMP connected to the PC. Have it coax out into a USB DAC/AMP combo which is then connected to this then to the speaker. So whenever this is turned down it won't affect my main amp but the USB DAC/AMP combo instead.

This item is fantastic, turning the knob has like a resistance to say it is well made as if if l had bought it yesterday no complaints here…🫶🏽

Ideal to Control Computer Audio
Bought this to control the volume on my computer and it does a great job. I used the screws that came with it to fit it under my desk and connected it inline with my active speakers - it does the job perfectly with a wide range too.

WORST DEVICE
I ordered this device for my bedroom speakers, when it arrived I was happy as it came very quickly, however that's mostly due to Amazon's Prime Delivery.The device did not work at all, and no sound would travel through the device at ay time, I tried everything that I could. Sending the item back and getting a refund, waste of my time.

Good solid feel.
Bought 2 of these for different projects.The turning of the knob has a good resistance and smooth. Once stuck or screwed down it's a quality product the makes changing the volume a pleasure
