I’m a heavy scalp and face sweater. I decided to try the tape because the “water proof” glues do not work for me via my physical activity. I only where’s the tape when I want to go out and about but typically every day I just put a head band over my closure. It sticks with ease, even beat my heavy sweating for gym days. Use alcohol to remove. Came off with no problem

At first I did not like this product. It didn’t have a hold to the strip. With no instructions I did some experimenting and noticed if I dab a little water on the strip and place wig and tie down it works great and has a great hold and held for a total of three days before removing.Com: it does appear to have a slight shine to it that i noticed under wig if not placed correctly.

I am using the wig tape for an atypical reason. I use this to help hold my Cochlear Implant magnet in place on my head, specifically when I am doing water activities.I surf and skate, and using this tape (cut into sizes to fit my CI magnet) work perfectly.10/10 great tape and great for my needs.To confirm, I have a full head of hair approx. 5-6" long and the tape hold perfectly on my hair when I apply it to my dry hair, it holds amazingly to my hair once wet.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I tried these first on my inside arm and it was easy to get off my skin by just sort of rolling it up. So I tried it on a wig today for the first time. I put a net over my hair and then the glue tabs on my forehead. It was a wig that was supposed to be fitted lower on my face. I also did this at the base of my neck since it was a short wig in back and needed to be held at both ends. Well the wig stuck well and did not flop around during the whole time I wore it. I take my wigs off from the back because they are a certain style so it was easy to pull the wig off. The double sided sticky pad was still at the base of my neck. Well I also have hair at the base of my neck. The net covered it but the process of taking off the wig loosened some hair which promptly stuck to the sticky pad. I had to cut off my hair to get it out. Same in front but it was the FRONT OF MY HAIR AT THE HAIRLINE. Wig came off quickly. But again wisps of my hair fell on the front of my forehead tight onto the pad. There was no way to prevent it. It is simply not the kind of think of ahead of time. You just think you are putting it on bare skin and a wig. Again I could not even attempt to try to pull the hair separate from the sticky pad. I opted to gently cut it off tiny pieces at a time. At least cutting it off preserved the roots as opposed to trying to pull it off. Luckily I just had enough hair in front but I have very thin hair and not enough to lose. I now have to part my hair on a different side to cover the gap until it grows in.There is no way to prevent even a little hair from getting stuck. Also, it left reddened spot where the tape touched my whole forehead. It has now been 5 hours and the redness is still there.Another think, the hair nets I got show the nets going down on the forehead which would leave less chance of stray bits of real hair touching it. But you normally don’t wear hair nets halfway down your forehead.DO NOT BU THESE

It will hold that wig for dear life but it will stick to your edges if you don’t seal them down properly and it’s kind of hard to get off takes elbow grease

I recently swapped over to this wig tape from another brand. So far, I find it to be more secure while also being much less harsh on my skin. My skin is in better shape both when wearing it for several hours and when taking it off at the end of the day.

These worked better than other options I tried. They're not perfect and I don't feel totally secure but until I find another product, I'll be using these.
