Nature Made Calcium is rated the Best Overall by Healthline. 2 Softgels/day provide the recommended daily dose. Best to not take both Softgels at the same time, but 1 Softgel twice/day. The Softgels are large, but are easy to swallow. Amazon has a very good price for this product. I am very happy with this product.
