This is not a key cabinet. It is a heavy duty safe. I was instantly impressed when we received it. Easy to organize, backup battery for keypad, and all hardware to mount is included. The only negative I have is the hook plates have tabs that insert into the slots - so you can adjust location of hooks depending on size of keys- and these tabs break. We have not yet even installed this safe on the wall and already, as we are setting up the safe, two of these tabs broke. I cannot find replacement hook plates for sale. I also would like to suggest that the white strip with hook numbers be supplied without the numbers, so buyer can customize the labeling depending on their needs.UPDATE: updated to 5 stars. This is one solid safe. My issue with tabs breaking was quickly resolved by efficient customer service who managed to secure replacement key plates. Thank you! I Would absolutely purchase again if needed in the future.

This is a solid, heavy key safe! The light inside is great! Easy to install. Easy to use. Easy to program user code and master code.One of the movable key holders was bent, but we were able to adjust it to fit.I wish the key return was a little bigger (key fabs do not fit). It would be nice to be able to have multiple user codes.

The door to the safe was damaged upon taking it out of the box. once closed it won't open because the door to the safe is damaged. Amazon won't help me because its outside the 30 day window to return. This was my mistake, I should have opened the box and inspected it immediately. Great safe place to store keys for your work or office. Easy to code. Easy to hang. Gave me a piece of mind after hours!

The 71 key box is perfect for hanging on our office wall. It came with the proper-sized screws to hang the box. The sturdy construction is appreciated. We like the feature of the combination lock so that no key is required but if the combination is forgotten our 'key-master' can access the keys easily. The key drop slot is great for easy key return. This was well-priced and long overdue for our business.

Door wouldn’t open and close, so we had to modify - bend the frame. A couple of the metal key hook racks on the inside had to be cut down to fit too.Obviously you don’t want to have to spend your time doing this just to get it to work the way it should before it ever left the factory, but now that it is done, it is currently meeting performance expectations. Time is money, and we saved money on getting a cheaper key cabinet/safe, but paid for it with our time to make it right.And the LED light inside is a great idea, but should be 3 times brighter.

Definitely heavy duty! Had to upgrade from a 40 key box holder, I am so glad I went with this one. It has so much more room for key fobs. The key code will be a life saver for after hours entry. Now instead of coming into to work to get a spare key, I can tell them the code and reprogram it in the morning. Happy customer!
