It says pillow with back support meaning the bottom pillow to sit on and the back support yes mine came with both and it’s very soft and comfortable

Yes it was. I love it. I used it for 6 weeks

Q: I never got the back support cushion. I ordered early to get organized and am a week post op only to find when I opened the bag no back cushion ?

It comes with one u should let them know u didn’t get it
