I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks and I do feel noticeably calmer, especially during stressful workdays. The mixed berry flavor is nice, not too sweet or artificial. I like the combination of ashwagandha, magnesium, and GABA—it’s a solid blend. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a few days to start noticing the effects. Overall, it’s a great addition to my routine and I’ll keep using it.

Placebo or a lot of research about the effects of this supplement? You decide but I'll share my experience.Yes! These taste great in my humble opinion. Kinda like a plum, date or red grape. There is a lot of studies showing how the ingredients in this supplement can aide in better health. I was skeptical but as I am getting older I find it harder and harder sometimes to find patience. I take two of these daily and I feel calm, more collected and present.

I take these before bed and always get a good night sleep.The taste is great, not too sticky or gummy.
