These have been surprisingly good i didn't think being so thin they would have much affect but my husband says they work really well and heat up to help his back pain.They do have a very strong smell which isn't unpleasant and they stick really well.

I came up in a rash after a short while of wearing this patch. After two days I still have a rash. I was unable to sleep because of the itching.I wish to return this product to Amazon. Also the other on ordered with it as it uses the same glue.

Excellent patches bought these a few times now, I will keep buying them as they help with my husband knee

Not too sure about this product. It arrived quickly and when applied does have some effect but not brilliant.It says up to 24hrs relief, I don’t know, it didn’t stay on that long. Maybe if I lay still for 24hrs.It’s not easy to peel off the adhesive protection, might be an issue if you don’t have long fingernails.Inexpensive, 36 in pack. Not sure if I would buy it again. It does give some pain relief though.

I thought I was ordering Capsaicum patches. Also the black backing to these patches leaves marks where I use them which then have to be removed. Need to return them, so apparently I need a q r code

These patches are brilliant they do provide heat to the place were they are applied
