Super cool picture frame. The in-laws live in another state, so unfortunately they miss a lot of good times with the kids. We bought this as a Christmas gift for them and we were able to upload pictures to it before they opened it Christmas morning. I currently have the app download on my phone, when I want to send a picture to grandma, I open the app, choose the picture I want to send and it pops up at their house on the frame. Soo neat! By the way the frame is strong, sturdy and the pictures look beautiful. You can also put captions on the pictures if you'd like. Over all its totally worth every penny and a great gift.

Looks nice. Good quality. I like tat we can share the user code with family and they can send us pictures anytime of grandkids and other family members. This is our 2nd one to buy. Sending it to my father-in-law so we can send him pictures of his grandkids and great grandkids.

I was really looking forward to this frame. I’ve had a digital picture frame in my living room for years. I liked that this one was such a large format so I could easily see the pictures from across the room. The setup was easy however the frame did not work properly. For one thing I couldn’t adjust the slideshow timing to anything other than 5 seconds. The worse thing was the frame would cut the images sometimes cutting off people’s heads completely. I tried adjusting the size of the picture on my computer but nothing worked. I have the images on a usb drive which I just plugged into the frame. I even tried to put a few images directly into the frame’s memory but still no luck. I reached out to the manufacturer but got no response. Also added questions to Amazon still no responses. Very disappointed. Returned frame.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this!!!!!!! Got for my dad for his birthday… he can’t stop adding photos!! He loves it!! The app makes it super simple to just upload any photos you want with the click of a button. The photos/videos turn out great, there are different settings for how you might want your photos to look. It works really well! The price is very fair, this is a wonderful product!! It is worth every penny for sure. You can change the brightness to any level that you prefer, and even set it to “auto” and it will change the brightness depending on the current lighting. It has CRAZY storage, I don’t know that we will ever fill it up! All in all, 100% recommend, great purchase, great peoduct!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this beautiful frame due to being able to reflect back on the memories that mean the most to me. I absolutely fell in love with this frame’s ability to take me back in time throughout my day.I have a few issues with the app, which I would love to be able to turn my frame on without walking by the sensor.2. I would like to be able to upload all pictures based on selected family members into the select folders, but this app does not work with my phone as far as face recognition. Upload all of my daughters photos all of my husbands photo’s……3. I would also like to be able to have a mixture of how the pictures are displayed, right now you have to select one of three options but not a mixture of all three. The Frame gets a 5 star the app gets 3 starsSo, I loved the first frame so much I ordered two more, but these have issues. I have one where only one side of the touchscreen will allow me to enter information to even type in my Wi-Fi information, the other frame stops recognizing that some has walked pass it and it will not turn on. I have to unplug it and plug it back in. It will work for about a week then do the same thing. I’ve paid too much money for these to have issues. Very disappointed now.Lately I sent the two that were not working properly back, and these two are working perfect so far. Very happy now.
