Not worth your money
The scene: The product arrives in plastic packaging with the paper instructions wrapped around it. When you go to remove the paper instructions, you find that they are stuck to the tape strip that adheres the door draft blocker to the floor. You immediately lose 6 inches of the tape because it comes off while removing the paper and it immediately sticks to itself like duct tape and is ruined. You salvage most of the tape, so you start trying to place the door draft blocker in place. But then you go to peel off the tape backing and the tape comes off with it. Now you have an entire side with no tape, rendering the product useless. Save your money and don't buy this.

Fantastic!!! Saved my old back door!
We have been plagued with finding a way to seal our backdoor from drafts (and bugs and… whatever could slip under the door) as I had removed the old flashing under the door so that I could finally have a rug inside the door for my muddy pets…otherwise it wouldn’t open over the rug. I happened across this little wonder as I’m not inclined to replace the entire threshold myself and it worked wonderfully! I am sooo happy!!. It took only minutes to install and let me tell you that adhesive is incredible so be very precise when installing!!

Fits perfectly
This is a12 year old door. Cleaned the area with detergent and acetone. This replaced the original wooden seal, which was always too tight. The hardest part of the install is separating the red protective tape from the sticky strip. I found it I went an inch in from the end it was easier. Most of the sticky was ok, but I'm waiting to access how good it holds. I am prepared to put additional adhesive if not.The seal was the perfect width for my patio French doors. The length is longer than needed for one , so the seam will be hidden by the door that is almost never opened. The height of the seal ended up being a perfect fit to seal the door and no light can be seen at the bottom of the door. The old wooden with a plastic seal was never too good to keep water out in a heavy blowing rain. Will wait to see how this one does.So far I'm very pleased with the fit and technology of the product. I'll try to do a follow up regarding the adhesion.Very good for the price and ease of install.

Just what I needed
I am happy with the install and the gap under my front door is finally filled. Tried everything else this was the solution. No more pests slipping through the crack or cooling loss

The height is wrong
The description says it is 1 1/2 inches high. NO IT ISN'T ! It is just a flat piece of silicone. There is no way to make it an inch high. We purchased this to put under our screened in porch to keep the bugs out. They need to correct the measurements on the description. Now I am back on the hunt for something that will work.

Perfect Solution after long search!
After a few weeks of a search, this was the best solution. Works well, very easy to replace the old door seal. Just follow the instruction, you will be happy.

Easy to install. Adhesive doesn't stay on the rubber.
This was easy to install and does keep the outside air out. A few days after installation, the rubber came loose from the adhesive. I used screws to secure it and haven't had a problem since.
