Great investment for homebrewing (still great six months on)
Great pot for homebrewing beer. The bottom is thick and I haven’t burnt or scorched a batch yet. I'm currently on batch six with this pot and it still looks like new. I run a 12L boil for 10L batches. There it usually plenty of head space during the boil - the sweet spot seems to be a grain bill of 2-3kg. I brewed one 10L batch with a 4.2kg grain bill and it was just about at the limit for capacity, so I would not recommend this pot if you want to brew 10L batches of imperial styles, but you could comfortably brew 5L batches of those. The rim around the top bends outwards, making BIAB method very easy, and the glass lid lets you watch the mash and boil. It also helps that my thermometer fits perfectly in the steam hole. I also found that on Amazon. The handles don’t look sturdy but they don’t flex even when there is 10L of liquid and a few kg of grain in the pot. Very happy with my purchase, would strongly recommend to anyone looking to get into 5-10L all grain brewing.

Above average.
Decent quality, lid doesn't fit perfectly and the pot rocks slightly when on the hob but neither thing too bad and I can live with it.Overall it's a decent pot for the price.

Good for Honebrew
Bought for BIAB homebrewing. Ideal and loved uo to expectations. Exceptionally suitable for a small batch brew <10L.Capacity is only just sufficient for creating 10.5-11L of finished product - careful scaling of quantities will be required.I suppose it would be equally good for soups, broth etc but why would you want to make these things when you can make...BEER!?WOULD BUY AGAIN. WOULD BUY A BIGGER CAPACITY POT ALSO IF THEY MADE ONE.10/10

Not a bad pot for the money
I needed a large pot for making my homebrew. This was a very well priced item and I'm amazed it was free shipping as this is a German company so had to be shipped overseas. The regular updates on my orders progress were good. I was a bit dissapointed to find it has a dent in the side near the bottom but should still be okay for what I need it for and it works fine on my induction hob.

Great homebrew pot.
As a homebrew beer maker, I found this pot to be excellent. It is made from quality stainless steel that is of a decent thickness for the pot side walls and has a good thick base plate. The pot comes with good English instructions that are easy to follow. The handles on the sides can get a little warm but I found even after a 1 hour boil, I could still use the handles to move the pot (I was doing a 6 litre batch), if you are doing a large volume boil then use oven gloves. The lid is made of thick glass and has a small hole in to let steam escape, however, I did find boiling wort caused steam to escape between the pot and lid but not so much that it causes water to drip down the sides.

Not as described
The measurements were stated as 30cms diameter and 28cms height. The Diameter is 27.5 cms and the height is 27cms. The top of the pot is askew so the lid doesn't fit properly. I would advise spending a few pound extra and getting a better quality pot.

Not suitable for induction hob
I have given 1 star because the product description says suitable for induction hob but it dosent work on ours. It is a nice pot and good quality but no use for me

Good but big - check if using an induction hob
If you're planning on using an induction hob with this watch out for two things. Maximum weight the induction hob can safely hold and maximum pot size. This was too big in for my portable induction hob in both cases. My fault, but still very useful on the stove so who cares :)
