Update: Crossery help was amazing Tip DOES NOT light up blue as it states.
Update; Crossery reached out to me and let me know they did see the info was incorrect and they apologized a great deal. The sent me replacement that was the proper wattage and did light up.They were very kind and it was really simple to correct my situation.My old crossery charger was 240w and this one is 180w but says compatible. I mainly bought this one because it said the tip lights up blue, as did my old one. I loved this feature because it told me it was powered and charging and not unplugged. This Crossery charger said it lights up blue. But it does not. It is charging my laptop which is the reason to buy it, however I would rather have one that lights up.

Works just like the original
I got this to have an extra charger for my laptop and it works perfectly. Just make sure you double check the model number for your laptop

This works really well. I needed this to be able to extend my laptop to a monitor using a dell dock station and it worked out perfectly.

Cord sheathing came apart at the DC plug
Charges the Alienware laptop, and has been reliable, the cord is as long as the original.Downsides are: gets very hot during charging and running games on the laptop.The cable jacket has separated at the DC plug.Worth getting as a backup, recommend spending another $50 to get an oem charger.

Works great for Dell Optiplex
I bought another charger and computer kept saying it didn't have enough power so performance would be degradated. This one worked perfectly. I think the other brand wasn't actually outputting at amps advertised

Item missing half the power cable
Only the power supply box and laptop connector was included. Wall plug was missing from packaging. Now I have to buy another cable.
