How to connect
The photo here was taken using google translate and the connections described work fine. Hope this helps others trying to figure out how to wire this to a motor.

Cannot handle an 80 watt radiator fan. I bought 4 and blew them all.

No wiring diagram included with switch.
No wiring diagram included with this product. I had to go back to the Amazon page to find the wiring diagram. Only reason I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise it is a well made speed control, generous heat sink on back of it. What isn’t mentioned in the page description is that the rotary switch has an off position, light click can be felt when rotated fully CCW.

Used for cool shirt in racecar
I use these for adjusting the cooling flow of a cheap bulge-pump cool shirt system in my lemons racecar. It works really well.
